I got two roku's both were gifts. I just love the roku 2. It does so much and is easy to figure out. I want to get a few more for other rooms. I highly recommend this.

So fast!

I had an older Roku model with only wifi. It served me well for years, but then finally died. I ordered the Roku 2, and the newer processor, along with the direct ethernet connection, makes watching shows so much easier! Loads fast, no buffering, and better picture!
I hope to get many years of Netflix enjoyment out of this one. :)

Great movies but it won't play unless I unplug

I bought this about three weeks ago after the first one I bought had to be returned. I returned the first one and now I will be returning this one as well. Here is the problem: when I hit play the movie gives me a message that says restricted I followed all the guidelines. I plugged and reset and changed my hdmi cable all to no avail. So I will be exchanging this one and it will be my last one to try unless you can give me the remedy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
