After dumping my DirecTv and signing up for Netflix, I quickly discovered that I did not like watching TV via my computer. Then I found the Roku. It's great if you don't have a smart TV, like me. Installation an signup is ridiculously simple. I watch alot of YouTube videos as well, so I love the fact that I can now watch YouTube on my TV. Love it so far!

Easy to install and to operate. Only one problem: All my HDMI ports were full so I had to get n HDMI splitter before I could install it. Maybe your instructions should mention this possibility.

The unit does what it's supposed to. Setting it up takes a little while, but there were no problems and it worked the first try. You will need your own HDMI cable, though.

After reading other reviews, I decided to buy the Roku 2. I didn't need (or want) fancier features, just a product that delivers what it promises, and this was it! I CAN pair my iPad or android phone with it easily, and the quality of picture and the massive number of selections for viewing are awesome. Best value for the money I've seen, and yes, I did try an Apple TV first (returned that one). Of course I found this one on sale, but think that was just an added bonus.

I am so pleased with my roku 2 that I went out and purchased another for my bedroom tv. It is so easy to set up and to use. Buy buy high cable bill, hello Ruko!!!
