Should have purchased sooner!!!

I got my Roku 2 about 1 month ago as part of SlingTV promotion. I love it. Easy to set-up & install. Easy to link my accounts for Netflix, Amazon, etc. I love that I can use Roku app as remote. Best feature for me is that I can stream custom YouTube playlist by mirroring device via the Roku. The channel store has tons of content to choose from. I've found many gems that are free & there's definitely something for everyone!! My only complaint is that the box only works on one TV. Otherwise, I'm totally satisfied. I do think getting Roku 2 via SlingTV is wise bc you can try SlingTV for 3 mos AND get the Roku 2 for the same price you'd pay to get just the Roku 2 itself if purchased from Roku.com.

We are so pleased to have purchased the Roku. The options for TV are so limited in our locality. Now we have many choices, and the price is reasonable. We are recommending it to our friends.

Great Product

This was an upgrade from the older version of Roku I had. This one has the look of the old one which was nice since it meant I didn't have to learn something new. The remote control is a little bigger, which I like. It also has buttons just for Netflix and whatnot which makes for faster navigation. So far it has been just as reliable as my old unit and I have no doubt it will continue to be.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought it and within days of hooking it up and using it we cancelled our cable and have much better tv than before and no ridiculous charge for the cable as before.

All in all I'm saving money. I don't feel I have to buy movies like I used to. I just wish there was a spot where you could type in a movie title that you are looking for instead of scrolling through the whole list of titles. If you don't have a smart TV this is the best thing to have. Why did I wait so long???
