Faster but needs rebooting frequently

Purchased recently and while it is faster than the original Roku I had, I have had to "reboot" it several times in the short time I have owned it. May return it. Disappointed!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had no trouble installing my Roku2, and I was then able to stream the many networks available to me quickly and easily...totally awesome!

My house only has one cable outlet which is locate in the living room, so I purchased several ROKU units as an alternative to running coax cables throughout the house. So much easier! The only complaint i had is having to activate each channel on each unit.
Great for streaming Netflix and Amazon Prime!

Nice but could be better

Functions well, does a much better job than PS3 or XBOX 360 on showing programs. Cons: No functionality if you loose or break the remote. This is our 3rd unit, because we either lost or broke the remote. Remote is limited, and simplistic. Very hard to use the remote to go from program to program on the same network with out going to home first.

A Quasi Alternative to Cable.

Use it primarily for music (AccuRadio) but find other channels to be very entertaining. To save time I do wish there were provisions for "Favorites" at the opening screen - sure would save time.
