I bought mine Roku about 3 months ago but never got around to hooking it up. I had purchased it for my home office. I am so happy that I finally hooked up to my tv I am so loving every bit of it.

Makes streaming content easier to access

I've only been using this a couple of weeks but it is probably the best way to view streaming services that I have used. The streaming features found in TVs, DVD/Bluray players, game consoles and other compromises are usually pretty basic and often out-dated and never updated. Although the Roku adds yet another box, having a purpose-built device like this is worth it just from the lack of aggravation and the cryptic procedures often found in using the other options. A HDMI switch might be needed if your TV has limited inputs but these are dirt cheap these days. As far as the Roku channels, everything I need is there so I get to eliminate a separate box for Amazon. And it doesn't draw too much electricity which is a plus.

I HAVE ENJOYED MY ROKU SO FAR, ONLY HAVE ONE OF THE PROGRAMS , NETFLIX, AS A GUEST OF MY NIECE, BUT PLAN ON TRYING ANOTHER ONE SOON HU- LU IN FUTURE.
