Great Product, Easy to Use

I really liked my first roku and got this one for my second TV. It works great, but I wish the remote had an easier way to type. I use the remote app to get around that.

Easy to buy

I had a hard time deciding which player to get. After some research, decided on the Roku 2 and am glad I did. It was easy to set up and easy to use. The choices you have are almost endless, although like most people I only use a few. One word of caution, if you plan to use it with an hdmi cable, you should get the cable BEFORE you receive the unit. Otherwise you will be making a trip to the store to buy one.

I got the Roku 2 free with a three month purchase of Sling TV and I must say it works really well! Does exactly what I need it to do!

I owned a Roku 1100 a few years ago, and decided to buy a new Roku after the sunset of the old models. The Roku 2 is really a fantastic little machine. It's easy for my kids to use, it "just works" with my Plex server, and is really the best way to cut the cord.

Great concept recommended by my brother. After the initial update out of the box my roku 2 was difficult to set up and download the appropriate app. The connection says 'good', but the picture quality is poor.

Lots of options for the money!

Picked this up for the family room to use with Amazon Prime Movies. I also like that we can listen to Pandora and watch Netflix with the player. I also appreciate the improved user interface and remote of the Roku 2 when compared to the Roku XD that we use with the TV in the basement.

We just bought our 3rd Roku. We have one Roku 3, and two Roku 2's. We ditched cable over a year ago, and bought several flat screen antenna's, and use Roku with Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon subscriptions. We save so much money by not having cable, and there are so many stations to choose from. We love Roku!
