I bought this after owning the Roku Stick. I felt it was time for something faster and this doesn't disappoint. It is fast, reliable and a great value.

Need to familiarize myself with features

I've only had it a little over a couple weeks no Roku 2 like the features have watched 3 free streaming movies so far am considering anot account with other pay streaming apps in the future in short so far the Roku system is more than I expected

Hello, I bought about a month ago and am very satisfied with the Roku 2. It is everything the adds said it was. It has lived up to its reputation.
I have Cox cable and found it to be too expensive for the programming we wanted. With the ROKU 2 I can pick and choose what I want and need to watch.
If you have a cable box with only one HDMI port, you will need an HDMI switch.

I have Netflix and have run it through by blue-ray player and was not very happy with how long it was taking to load and run. I got the Roku 2 and was very happy with the speed of running Netflix, plus there is a ton of additional options to play free movies and TV programs. Thank you Roku !
