VERY SLOW--FREQUENTLY WACHING AND PICTURE AND SOUND DISAPPEAR THEN RETURNS TO RELOAD OR WILL NOT LOAD AT ALL.

I bought it less than a month ago set it up but will not go īno anything at all it tells me n cmputer am set up however roku will not set up it tells me I äm œn internet and netwrking but wants me to se up œn computer all he time when it has been set up already.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased the Roku 2 primarily for ESPN app. There are so many options for so many other products. I have yet to figure out how to set it up the way I want. So far, this is a good purchase.

Why Bother With Cable or Satellite?

The Roku is a very cost effective alternative to traditional television services such as cable and satellite. A la cart and on demand- who doesn't want exactly and only what they really want exactly when they want it?? I'll be getting my cable service down to its most basic package if not get rid of it altogether.
It took about 10 minutes to set up (most of that time was me hunting down various passwords and such for my wi-fi). I have no complaints and my expectations have been surpassed.

Easy to use

I bought the ROKU in order to use it with the remote control feature. I also have a Chromecast that I use with my Ipad but it takes some time to use the pause and rewind features through the Ipad. The ROKU is easier to use.

i bought it this month and not happy as you have to reload it again and again ,it shut down itself ,its service is not good.

And glad I did. This player works much better than the Roku stick I had. My net flicks does not just spin n spin. The set up was much quicker even with it updating itself. Love it love it love ot
