Love the quick buttons!

This is my second Roku. I've bought one for each of my kids as well. They refuse to spend the money on cable and have no reason to with this awesome gadget!

We still have not had time to go through all of the great features of this ROKU, but at this point, we are very pleased. The only regret is that we did not do this sooner.

Easy hookup but a couple of configuration issues

Installation went fine until I was being forced to enter a credit card number to start the registration process. I don't like anyone having that information before I purchase from them. Remember, this was just for registering the product and configuring it. Then, the last page of the setup was rather confusing as it was offering a some sort of 30-day trial for amazon, but the alternative was to just link to my regular amazon account. For what? It was not clear to me and it appeared that I had to choose one or the other to complete the registration. I called my brother who 8 months earlier had gotten his Roku and he told me he never was prompted for the credit card or the amazon information. Eventually, I just clicked continue on that last page and so far I have not been charged or alerted to any such action. Very confusing. Since then, I have added more free channels. I don't plan on subscribing to anything with a fee because there are more than enough free channels than I need. Just another reason why I don't see why you should be forced to provide credit card info unless you are buying. As for operation, it's rather clunky to search for things with the limited remote function. Going through the alphabet and other characters to get to a decent search word or name can be time consuming.

I purchased this for my grand parents to listen to pandora. It is very simple for them to use and works perfectly. I only wish the dedicated button for the defunct radio app was programmable or set to Pandora.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago I had a blue ray player that had streaming built in to it but this is so much better at first I was not pleased about have to set up account with my computer but I got over all of that this is a great product
