Easy to Use

We just received the ROKU and we love it. It's easy to use and definitely an asset. Almost purchased the Apple TV but it was a higher price and ROKU is great.

We have had it for three weeks, not very convenient to use; remote has to be three inches away from roku to operate. Used on tech support, hopefully they are sending a new remote? Hope this solves the problem, and it's not the Roku itself.

Much Better Than Expected!

After reviewing which model to purchase for months, I decided on the Roku 2. Easier to connect, navigate and enjoy than I ever anticipated. We were considering replacing our wifi blu-ray player since we could no longer stream Hulu, et al; software never updated. Now our blu-ray player is rarely used.

The only way my Netflix works is if I unplug and reconnect roku box every time I turn my box on. If not I get a purple screen that says shape or authorized. Sometimes my pictures also gets blurry. Not the only one with this problem. It's even a forum on Netflix faq.
