I haven't really gotten into a lot of programs on Roku, except for the program " Orange is the new Black". I'm enjoying that but I will go thru some additional features soon.

Had the R2( 2015) for about 2 weeks now, overall impression "it's on par with it's Competitive Kin, Apple, WD Tv..etc , Several issues stand out to me, Lack of a dedicated On/Off switch, Wireless Signal reception, light weight., a remote button (RDIO) which is worthless(No Channel available)
Pro: Somewhat easy setup, Good connectivity(wired), small profile, HDMI.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Compliment to my PS4

I bought the Roku to compliment my PS4 and it has been great. PS4 still does not support Watch ESPN or Sling TV. I have been very happy so far!

direct connection to internet makes all the differ

Purchased roku one originally thinking it could be hooked into the inernet - it could not. Wireless is not good around me. The roku 2 hooking directly to the internet has made all the difference - and I have cut the cord with the cable.

Good menus. Seems to hang every once in a while... Cannot pause or anything. Light on front flashes but no action. Then all of a sudden it starts doing all the commands it was ignoring.
