The Roku works well at what it does. The streams are quick and look nice, setup was easy and the number of apps supported are tremendous. I have two complaints, the UI is not as clean as i would like, I much preferred the amazon UI and the Roku never turns off, the little box is often very warm to the touch, not a real issue but i prefer to turn my things off when i am not using them.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We purchased the new Roku three weeks ago. The upgrade was an immediate improvement. No dropped Internet. Crisper picture. Nice--well worth the investment.a

Bought to run Twc app. Units constantly freeze and or lock up and reset. Followed all troubleshooting steps and ended up returning the device, it would not reliably stream on 50 Mb service

The Roku ismuchslower than my other. Streaming devices. Also, every time I change. My Tv input to the Roku player, I get no sound. I have to unplug and rep lug the connector on the tv.

I bought this about a month ago and it works great. I use it to stream my TWC to my bedroom TV. Lots of other things to explore too.

I have been wanting a Roku 2 for a couple years now because I have always liked the one.it does seem to be a lot faster and I love the fact that you can play movies through a USB
