Works good, does what I needed it to do. Easy set up and use. Had problems with vizio tv and samsung home theater maintaining connection to my plex server. Roku connected no problem and I have not had a single issue since. Other channel availability a plus

So simple

This is my first go at "cutting the cable" and it has been amazing so far. I bought the Roku 2 for my first apartment. Netflix, Amazon Prime, and SlingTV work seamlessly. I wish I'd gotten one sooner!

Great Product Sometimes slow and Freezes though

Love the Roku but somethings I hate about it. It freezes randomly sometimes especially when fast forwarding. The box itself gets really hot for some reason. The remote isnt very powerful. If you aren't perfectly aimed at it within a reasonable distance it wont work at all.

We bought the Roku 2 as a replacement after having Roku XD for 3 years. We didn't feel the need for the extra features of the Roku 3 or 4... so for the money, it's an extremely great buy!
