Absolutely great device!

I brought Roku 2 because I was trying to cut unnecessary expenses (cable). I was really fearful thinking my 8yr old would go crazy without cable and all the cartoon stations. And me, didn't know how I would adapt without having my usual cable stations. Let me say, since I've had the Roku 2 it's been amazing! I feel like I have "more" of a variety of shows to warm and choose from and my daughter loves it. (I have Netflix and Hulu). My biggest regret is that I didn't get rhe Roku way before now:-)

I received this for Valentine's Day. It was super easy to set up and use I wish there was an easier way to look at what movies are free out there

I recently purchased a roku 2. So far I enjoy the content and it works faster than my wifi TV or blu ray player. However every once in a while it might freeze . it also gets very very warm and I don't see a a ventilation system for the processor. Other than that it's been great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very easy to install - plus it's a great break from cable tv.. I love it and wouldn't try any other. I also have the Roku TCL smart tv which prompted me to get the Roku 2 for the tv I already had instead of purchasing another smart tv - great buy and worth every penny!

Extremely Fast, Stable & Easy to Use

I got this to replace a stick type streaming device, and this is by far the fastest and most stable one I've seen. Not even a hiccup and I stream nearly 24 hours a day.

Roku has the best content offerings around in the streamer world, hands down. The newest Roku 2 with the faster processor is lightning quick and a fantastic choice. If you don't have the need for games and private listening via headphones, this is the choice for you. If you require those features, the Roku 3 is your best bet.
