Quick, useful

I've enjoyed mine as it is quick and the functions are somewhat intuitive. If you have access to the content of your apps, the Roku is an excellent vehicle to get you there. If only every content provider made it as simple.

I have had for a few weeks and love it. We haven't had cable or other service in close to ten years so we thought we would try a Roku. We are happy with the speed (buffering) and set up was very easy.

stop paying for cable

i've had roku for a few years not and its so worth cutting the cost of a cable bill. there are so many things to watch. with just a little time looking around you'll have so many things to chose from you wont have time to be board. there are so many channels for free that it makes no sense to pay for tv. we live in a valley so there is no local tv with an antenna, but it doesn't matter with roku.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I upgraded my old Roku 2 to the new Roku 2 and I am glad I did. This one runs faster and has better image quality.

Easy to Use and Lots of Options

The Roku 2 is super easy to set up and use--it's very intuitive. Two requested feathers. First, I don't have a cable subscription, so it would be great if I could hide the channel options that require a cable subscription to view. Ditto with pay vs. free shows within a channel. Second, I wish there were a way to create my own channel, essentially. I'd like one place on the home screen that pulls all of the shows that I'm currently watching (across Hulu, Netflix, PBS, etc.) into one place. But overall, I don't know why we waited so long to get the ROKU.
