Nice upgrade

Had an older Roku 2 which I loved. I needed another Roku for another TV. Got this and glad I did. Much faster than my older model.

Being a fan of the Roku stick I decided to try the Roku 2 on another TV. Functions exactly the same with 2 drawbacks. 1st since it is plugged into the wall it is always using power. Sure it goes into sleep mode but the unit is always warm to the touch. 2nd and most annoying is this blue "unauthorized" error screen that I seem to get daily. Easy fix, just unplug the HDMI and plug it back in but it's annoying. I should have bought another stick.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought one years ago and enjoyed it, then we bought a smart TV and found out it wasn't that smart. Ended up buying a new one because we gave our other one away to our
neighbors and this one seems to work even better than the first one.

Nice option to a smart tv

We didn't want to spend the extra money for smart TV so got the Roku instead. My biggest complaint is that you can't type in a code for parental controls in Netflix to be able to watch a rated R movie.

A great alternative to satallite tv

We purchased Roku 2 about two weeks ago in order to replace our current tv feed. It provides us with programming we want to watch. Once the local channel is online (kthv11 Hot Springs, AR) it will satisfy all our tv needs. The quality is good, easy to use, and, pretty much all inclusive.
I would recommend this to a friend!
