Roku: The Good, The Bad and the Ugly

Easy to set up. Easy to use. Did not like putting credit card. The free movies tend to be off the wall and flops of big stars.

Love my Roku 2

I bought the Roku 2 about 2 weeks ago after having a frustrating experience with the Firestick. It was easy to install, easy to use, and up and running in no time. Love the speed of it, no network issues.

Decent, with a serious flaw

The only glaring issue is it's basically impossible to fast forward.
For instance if you only get to watch half an episode of a show and want to start where you left off, you have to start from the beginning again. If you try to fast forward it spins and drops you maybe a second or two forward.
I have tried everything else to move it forward quicker.
That's the only real issue that I had, everything else works fine.

Finally Can Find Something Worth Watching

Content on my Satellite TV service was getting very limited. I bought a Roku-2 ... and then bought two more. In my rural location, broadband is limited to 1 to 3 Mbps, but the Roku works well for standard definition. There is some buffering on HD. The Roku does better than my computer can do.
