Awesome for cutting the cord

I'm so glad that I bought the Roku 2 with so many apps you won't run out of things to watch. I'm planning on bringing it on vacation with us next week too. It will take up minimal room and make out hotel tv smart.

Love all the features. My only issue is that I am having issues syncing some of my cable channels to the unit. Also if might have to move my wifi closer to help with load times. I have a similar problem with my vizio smart tv where the wireless card in it isn't the greatest.

Bought this to replace a 3-4 year old Roku2. Was very disappointed that the previous device failed for no apparent reason. Happy to be plugged back in but hope this one lasts longer. Annoying that the light seems to be on 90% of the time - whether in use or not - even 1st thing in the morning the light is on and is really bright. This didn't happen with our other Roku2. Also, remote needs to be aimed exactly right to work but didn't have that with previous unit.

We originally purchased a Roku stick and upgraded to the Roku 2 within about 2 weeks. The Roku 2 is much faster and more reliable, definitely worth the extra cost.
