I bought this for my sons room so he can watch Netflix and Hulu and it also has the Disney junior app on it and YouTube and plenty more. I love it cause it's everything he needs!

I was able to set up the Roku by myself, which surprised me! We have so many choices for TV viewing now. I am very happy with this purchase.

Future of TV

I bought the Roku 2 a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier. I bought the Chromecast device first a few months back but I wasn't happy when I found out it was a mirroring device. Not what I wanted. I wanted a device to play the channels/apps and be able to use a remote not my phone or ipad. I recommend the Roku for anyone that wants to minimize commercials, you do have to have a cable/satellite provider to enjoy some of the shows. I do wish they would have Logo TV and Bravo channels.

I wanted to be able to stream Amazon Prime shows and movies. Definitely more options. Some disappointments that some channels were not availailable on provider DISH. Would like more live shows on news.

Love it, better than cable any time

We bought a Roku just a week ago and dropped cable because of the expense. I wasnt sure I for one was going to like it. Now I wouldnt go back to cable or satalite for amything. I Love the Roku.
