Perfect solution for a cable cutter!

We got rid of cable and picked up Netflix and SlingTv. Originally was viewing on a Chromecast but our viewing experience was enhanced once we got the Roku, couldn't be happier!

Good Investment

I bought my Roku over 2 years ago and it has been one of the best investments I've made in a while. There are thousands of channels for you to stream from, some that are free, some that must require a subscription to the service, and some that will provide you services if you have cable provider login credentials. I mainly use Netflix, Amazon Prime and Watch ABC. There is never a time when I think to myself "there's nothing to watch". It's virtually impossible. I also save quite a bit not paying for cable. All in all, I absolutely love my Roku!!! I now have the freedom to watch what I want, when I want without paying for extra stuff I don't want or need.

Great Features, and the Speed was Impressive

Coming from a earlier generation Roku box to my New and Improved Roku Box is like Night and Day, WOW, the Speed was lightning and the Interface was Improved.

Got the free Roku 2 with 3 months prepaid SlingTV - no brainer. Have now reduced my cable bill almost $150/month. Best decision I've made in quite a while.

Just got it a week ago. Easy to set up and use. Easily logged into my existing accounts and started viewing. Should have buggy one sooner. A little laggy sometimes, but that is probably due to my dsl connection. Otherwise, very happy with it.

Which we would have gotten Roku years ago. Very easy to hook up and use and the money we are saving after cutting the cable cord is wonderful!!!

overall a very good device and a good way to eliminate cable or satellite. have tried about 60 channels. only 2 negatives, much of the content is locked and requires subscription. the unlocked content often has more commercials than broadcast tv, wish Roku would work on those problems
