Almost perfect

Enjoy the product. Wish it had PS Vue and Google Music apps. Would also be nice if Spotify didn't require a premium subscription to listen to playlists or radio stations.

I got it for Christmas and I just took it out of the box and I love it. I stream Netflix on it and its the best!

I bought my first Roku 2 about a month ago and I quite pleased with the ease of install and use. It is definitely what I needed so I could get away from the high and increasing monthly expense of cable.

The product is great but your technical service is terrible.I spent dearly 3 hours with one of your techs trying to set up the Roku to get Levin TV. In the end your tech said that the Roku 2 was not compatible with Windows 10. I questioned that so he said let's try to shut down your internet router so did and promptly disconnected my phone. Comcast does my internet as well my phone. He never called me back, I know he had my phone number. The next day I got an email from Levin TV and said to click here to get his program. I did and I was connected through my Roku 2 in about 2 minutes.

Lots of features

Lots of features, search is very nice, usb connectivity useful, remote good. Only complaint is it is a little slow.

Far better than cable

I've been trying to cut the cord for a few years now, just to see what else is out there. After cancelling our cable subscription and adding several streaming services, we are still saving a considerable amount over what we were paying for cable. And the content available is far better than I had hoped for. I might even buy another for our other TV.

Just what I needed

I am running 3 Roku 2's in my household and they work perfectly. The newest version is fast and easy to use. My only issue is linking some channels but I think that has more to do with the activation websites than the Roku 2.
