Better Than I Expected

Small in size. Easy set up. Super fast menu. Was using my Smart TV to run the apps before - Netflix, Hulu and Amazon. Was impressed with the speed of the menu and how the descriptions loaded and the loading times vs. the smart TV. Great product.

I just bought this like 2 hours ago and i am loving it we bought a roku2 to stream netflix and youtube on an old plasma tv that was given to us and we are loving it theres tons of free apps and you get to pay just for what you want unlike cable that has high prices with a bunch of channels that you dont even watch or want ..it turned our old plasma to a smart tv grateful that roku exists

System works as expected but remotes for the two I purchased have such limited range. Remotes suck !!!!!

no on/off switch no 5.1 (Samsung smart hub has 5.1 Netflix) response on the Roku 2 is good but my older Roku not so good. It is clear up front that like all things new there is a learning and comfort curve. As for cord cutting- for me, I could not buy what cable has to offer even with the junk I don't want to watch. Perhaps as prices come down it will be more attractive. For now I use it for Netflix and Fight Pass.

I'm 64 years old and I find that my third Roku gets easier to install every time. It's very intuitive. If I can do it, anyone can. Then once it's hooked up, it's ready to use. I love it.

So we just got our Roku about 3 weeks ago and the first week I think I was so ready throw in the towel but after a little bit we are getting use to it. I wish I could have a few more of my channels however they dont have the cable connection we need to get them. I am hoping in time that will change. So far so good is all I can say and I am saving a great deal of money each month
