I BOUGHT THIS FOR A LAKEHOUSE WHICH IS ONLY USED ON WEEKENDS, SO I WAS ABLE TO DISCONNECT MY CABLE AND JUST PAY FOR INTERNET NOW, THANKS TO THE ROKU

love it ,, but it has problems

had about a month, the roku 2, it has problems,, the main problem is it runs hot, very hot, once you start to watch it gets so hot it starts to imtermit and will drop the shows. then it may be a while before you can continue.. . I had to send it back to roku for a replacement. i would suggest your make them a size larger , put a filter and air holes in them and insert a computer type fan to keep them cooled down. i am still waiting on a replacement which is suppost to be here by this friday. i would not recommend a roku 1 or 2, they say the 3 and 4 run cooler. when i can afford one i will the the new 4.

This is my second Roku 2 that I purchased. So far so good. My first one died in the first two weeks. We'll see if I have any issues. Maybe it was just a fluke.
