Awesome picture quality with a beautiful design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In addition to the awsome picture quality, I found that I have really enjoyed the curved screen more then I would have imagined. With the scissor wall mount, I can change the viewing angle and the curve allows it to be more accommodating. Also, the neutral color of the back of the TV blends much better with my decor then a black TV ever would!

Outstanding Picture Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best picture quality I have ever seen in my home. Excellent screen uniformity and color rendition. Easy to operate and out of the box calibration is excellent. I have not touched the settings, other than to turn off the Energy Saving mode. Standard mode does a great job with Dish Network and streaming apps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this tv in May and I am totally happy with it. The 55 inch curve has great color and view. In addition, the Smart TV allows me to get the NETFLIX movie package and I enjoy watching a program without commercial interuptions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy wit the quality of the TV. Blacks, viewing angles, contrast is phenomenal. Of course I find the software apps useless and use my HTPC to watch my movie library or online video. The only drawback I do find is the remote ( I like when the remote has 1 button to press multiple times for sleep timer settings I just wish their was a headphone out to connect my Logitech 5 speaker system). You only have optical out for sound.

Unbeatable Picture Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture on this tv is one of the best I've seen. Colors are vibrant, blacks are inky black, and contrast is exceptional. The reason I'm giving it four stars is because the tv is curved. I'm not a fan of curved tv's. To get this same tv in a flat screen is twice the cost of this tv. OLED is the only kind of tv I will by from now on.

Addictively great picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been waiting for OLED TVs to become affordable ever since I heard of OLED technology 10 years ago, lured by the promise of true blacks (like, zero) and great viewing from any angle. LG's 55EG9100 was more than worth the wait; with high-quality source material, it has an addictively, jaw-droppingly great picture. Even the "First Time Use" display upon first plugging the set in made it obvious that this HDTV was something special. Blu-ray movies like "The Martian" and "Zootopia" are so stunningly beautiful that you almost don't want to blink for fear that you'll miss a moment of utter visual gorgeousness.
