Love my grill!!!

Bought the Evolve a month ago and use it every other day!! I've cooked steaks, pork chops, bacon, brats, hamburgers, sandwiches. I'm anxious to buy some more accessories to try. Clean up is so easy!

Only worked 1 time and stopped working

I just bought this 1 week ago and was very excited about cooking on it for thr 1st time. It worked great the 1st time and I even went out and bought several things that I was looking forward to cook on it. Next time i tried to use it (the bext day), it kept showing OP Err... i've tried everying, unplugged/plugged, took off the plates and put them back off, even unscrewed to look inside and out it back together. Still the error won't go away. I'm so dissapointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Oxidizing nightmare

NOT DISHWASHER SAFE!!!! My grill plates are so oxidized now that I cannot touch them without getting covered in thin black powder. CANT be good for your health and I was dumb enough to get every exchangeable plate.

I've been reading the reviews here and I can't say that I've been even close to as unlucky as others appear to have been. I've been using my Evolve for 2 years now and, aside from some minor signs of expected wear, the plates have held up just fine and nothing ever sticks to it so long as I use a non-stick spray (as suggested by the product instructions) prior to every use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not Satisfied With This!

I bought the Evolve 2 weeks ago and it worked the 2 times that I used it. Now when I turn it on all it does is show "no AC" on the display and beeps. I unplug it then plug it back in and the display comes on and guess what it shows... "no AC". I did a google search looking for a solution and didn't find any. I did find that I wasn't the only one with this problem. I give the Evolve a big thumbs down!! I won't recommend it to my friends but I will recommend it to my enemies.

Worst Purchase Ever

I recently purchased this grill at my local store within the first day it quit so naturally I thought I bought a dud so I exchanged it for a second one and it has now done the same thing. it is the absolute worst purchase i couldve made I regret wasting my money on this

Good function - not durable

I had my 1st Foreman grill and it lasted for 15+years. It finally stopped working a year ago and I "upgraded" to the multi-plate evolve grill. Please keep in mind that this is an appliance I use 5-6 times per week. The evolve grill only lasted a year before every burger/steak I grilled stuck to the plates - I lost 1/3 of my meal to the grill every time I used it for the last month. I placed it in the trash today. I am in the market for a new Foreman grill ( hopefully one as durable as my first grill). While doing my research for my new grill, I have found it impossble to find out specifics about the coating material of the non-stick grills. Does anyone know how the coating interacts with the meat being grilled? Can customer service provide some details on this topic on their website?
