I love this grill!

I made some cornbread in it that turned out excellent. I was wondering if there are recipe sites or books specific to this grill. I haven't had much luck on Google.

Great Product....but

My wife and I use this a minimum twice a week. The grill itself works great and couldn't be happier. Unfortunately the plates do not last. We've had the grill less than 10 months and the plates already need to be replaced. The non stick ceramic coating is not as durable and effective as advertised.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I just got this and it works amazing! I'm trying to keep it in as "new" condition as possible by lining it with tin foil before use (also makes for breezy cleanup after). This is my first real George Foreman and I couldn't be happier! I do wish the price was a little lower but it is very good quality, so I can see why it costs as much as it does. I can't wait to buy the other attachments to it!

Non Stick Coating Fails

About a year after I bought this grill the ceramic non-stick coating began to stick to everything. I never touched it with anything hard, only silicone and soft sponges and warm soapy water. I like the Foreman Grills, but I can't recommend a ceramic coating. Go with Teflon instead. It will last longer.

Non stick is sticking within 20 times of using

First let me start by saying that I had the original one for so many years and loved it. Eventually of course it had to be replaced with a new model. I did as soon as this Evolve came out a few years ago. Loved the new model immediately, but a bit confused about the temperature settings. Of course this takes time to figure out. I love how it cooks and am very happy but unfortunately the non stick plates are now sticking. I've only used the machine less than 20 times in total over the two years and yet, the grill is now sticking and quite frankly, I'm not going to keep using this if I have to start scrubbing it by hand each time. So now it sits in storage and is totally useless to me. A waste of precious money actually. I'm very saddened because I loved using it but had to stop a long time ago. I give the actual Evolve machine 5/5 but the non stick grills 1/5 due to the fact that I can't use it anymore. If the company can figure out how to fix this problem and replace the non stick grills with better quality non stick surfaces, I'd give this entire thing a 5/5 but right now I just can't. Very saddened.

Similar to other reviewers, my grill worked well initially but now automatically shuts off instantly. Great idea, poor execution.

Disappointed

Bought this 2 months ago and I am very disappointed. I had an older Foreman grill for years and loved it. It had a manual slide temp. control. I cooked almost all on high. Every thing came out perfect. But not on the evolve. I set the temperature for example for Italian Sausage at 425. On old grill took exactly 8 minutes to perfection. Cooked on the Evolve for 8.5 minutes and they were still not cooked all the way through. Things frequently stick to the top grill and it is not that easy to clean as expected on there advertising.
