Definitely not easy to clean or non-stick

I bought this product a couple of months ago but having been using too often recently as i find that food sticks to the top plate and has then suddenly fallen down and landed off the grill. The top plate has a section in the middle which is getting harder to clean and is always a real hassle. I try soaking it etc and do everything that the manual suggests to do but it wont come off clean now. Where is the old non stick plates that you literally wiped clean... ? And on top of that, i agree with others that it takes longer to cook food through than it's timings suggest. Basically, not happy with this product and wish i'd bought a different one - like the older ones! But i wanted a larger one and thought that removable plates would be a good thing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Mixed feelings

I bought this grill about a month ago to replace my old Foreman grill that was about 8 years old. I like the job it does grilling, but the grill plates have developed a black almost soot on the back of them. One touch and you have black hands. It is awful. It does not wash off...instead, you wash it and it creates more soot. I haven't even had a chance to try the waffle plates yet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this grilling system to replace an outdated non plate-removable GFG. I love this grill, it is versatile and easy to use. I have cooked on it almost everyday since I got it 2 weeks ago. Our new favorite is bacon-wrapped chicken tenderloins, delicious.

Stopped working only used twice

I got this as a gift for christmas. It was exactly what I wanted but now I used it twice and it went off while I was setting the temperature this morning and it wont turn one again. It is not the outlet or anything on my end and I did not do anything strange. It did have some waffle mix overflow because the directions say to use 2 cups and that is completely wrong. However it worked fine after that and I used it to make some chicken. I put the waffle plates on this morning and it turned on fine. When I touched the buttons it set the timer then i went to set the temperature and it just went off. Now i am stuck with a big red paperweight that does nothing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love it. But...

I love my grill. In fact, I have two. One next to the other. Only problem is that one of them, after a couple uses gave me the Op Err on the display and now I'm back to one grill. Don't know how to fix it and the user manual doesn't even address the Op Err problem.

Love the grill

I am amazed how easy it is to clean this grill and the ease for changing the temps I use it every day with the with the multi plates to do other things. I use regular frying pans less. This is my third Grill, I hope I will always have one.

Plates could be better

I bought this a couple of months ago and I love how good it cooks things. That being said there are two places on the grill that the coating has come off. I am very careful with the grill plates so was very surprised to see this. This is the only thing preventing me from giving it a 5.
