Great grill, but...

Bought this a few months ago cause seemed like the options on it were great , and would be the only one i would need. Unfortunately, like so many others on here, the plates non-stick coating wears off quick and makes the grill not very usable. not sure about buying replacement plates, cause i fear they will give out as fast and i will have wasted more money.

Cooks Well But...

Bought less than 6 months ago. Cooks food well, but everything has begun to stick and has become quite the chore to scrub clean. After cleaning still has dark marks that won't come off.

food sticks to non stick plates

hard to clean non stick plates are scratched up from scrubbing so hard because food sticks to plates

Initially great ....

I brought this grill a year ago and initially loved it and even brought more plates to use on it but now it wont turn on I have to play with the button and most times get annoyed and cannot get it to come on and use my stove. I would not suggest this to anyone as much as I loved it, now I must discard

Boo! horrible product!

I've been a long time user of the 4 Serving smaller George Forman grill but I wanted to be able to have temperature controls for when I cook fish mainly.
Right off the bat this thing gave me trouble, whereas the original grill heats up and is ready to cook in a few short minutes, this thing would take like 15 minutes for the flashing light to go off (to be fully heated). Always bugged me.. I loved the grill because it was so much quicker than stovetop cooking.
then today as I grilled 2 burgers it has just went all lights out and won't turn back on.. And this is only like the 4th time I've used it. Very very disappointed.
Going even further the warranty center hours on the Website State 8am-7PM Central time whereas you call the number and its eastern time (already closed!). Just making worse a horrible experience.

breaks easily/very cheaply made

this is not the first one i've owned of this george foreman model. these are poorly made, fall apart easily and the 'non stick' trays do not remain non stick after only a few uses. the issue i've had with this one is the base cracked so it isn't strong enough to stay put and it tips over. poorly made and cheap materials must have been used in order for it to break after using it for a week in total since i had this. i am very disappointed with the quality of this grill. i do not recommend!!

Love This Product But!

This is my 2nd grill and I love the fact that I can cook quickly and with less fat. The instructions are easy to follow and the temperature and timer are a good feature. My biggest complaint is that the removable plates are sticking and thus most of the food I cook remains stuck to the top plate and I have to pull the meat off which defeats the purpose. I have never put them in the dishwasher and always wash by hand with Dawn. Wish the non-stick plates actually worked. Not sure I will purchase another model as this unit was expensive and to have to replace the plates so soon seems ridiculous. Disappointed.
