Reluctantly bought the WF-4630 as I was set on not buying another ink jet printer due to inherit issues with ink drying, clogging..etc. Have owned it for over a year and am still quite pleased. i.e. So far so good. Our household has Apple, Android, and Windows based products. All work flawless.
Pros:
- fast
- excellect quality print
- inexpensive printer
- has many features like a office printer
- OS compatibility

WF-4630

I needed a color printer for "stock charts" and after mcuh research purchased this printer. i had problems getting the scanner to work and went through customer service, it took over an hour to get it fixed and I had to speak to a "level 2" tech but it works great. I undrestand ink is higher in this than my old Laser but the color and speed are very good. i would recommend this to anyone.

Why I bought an Epson Work Force Pro

This is my 2nd Workforce. The last one worked flawlessly for more than seven years. I particularly like the two paper reservoirs. The scanner is very accurate for pictures. Why would I buy another brand?

Great out of the box, but...

This printer worked great out of the box. Easy to connect, printed and scanned great. Now the printing problems have started. The horizontal alignment adjustment doesn't work so there's jogs in every line. And then after replacing the black cartridge, there's smudges all over. This is after cleaning and adjusting the print heads. I would not buy this printer again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product would have gotten an excellent rating from me except it places marks and spots on the documents when copying as if the glass needs to be cleaned but the glass is spotless. It also started making streaks through when using the feeder only, just like my other two WF-4530"s did, but it stopped (Don't know when that will come back) with the other two it eventually could not be cleared up and was on every document when I used the feeder but not when you printed directly to the copier or copied directly from the document glass.. I rely on my printer to print clean forms and copies for my business and I have to scan in lots of multi-page documents. Would be great if there was a way to clear up the spots from the copier. Copying from the glass does well but when you have to indvidually lay a 30 page document back and front on the glass to copy; that becomes too time consuming and is not cost effective. Not sure I'd buy another Epson since this is the third time I've been burned.

Great Potential

I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews before choosing to purchase the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-4630 All-in-One Printer.
Not being a techie, I also paid to have someone come out to set it up. That didn't work so another person was sent out to set up everything.
The printer function works nicely. The copy function has a delay (thinking? ) before printing. I was use to pressing print and a printer immediately copy a document.
The FAX funtion is not set up nor any other functions, such as scanning.
One of these days it will probably function to its full potential. I guess that I am just used to "plug and play".

Great All-In-One for either home or office.

I thought this printer might be more than I needed, but, as it turns out it's simply the best All-In-One I've ever owned or used. Quick easy setup, excellent B&W and Color printing, and I highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed.
