Great printer but tough to set up on Mac

Awesome printer if you can get is working. I ended up printing via IP address as none of the name-based connectivity options would work. I have 30+ years of IT experience and usually hold my own when it comes to computers, but this one was a tough one. If you are a casual computer user please be prepared for needing assistance. I did not resort to calling Epson.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like Epson all in one printers

Love Epson printers. I like the workforce pro 4630 except for a few things. I think it uses more ink than my old one and it cost more for the ink. I like to set the darkness for one or two below normal to save on ink but on this one I have to reset it each time I do a new job but did not have to do so with my other one. If you use the remove shadow feature it will not print some lines. But will use this until it won't work. I make about 4000 copies a month so it doesn't take long to wear one out.

This is my third one of these in 13 months, so you decide. First one was covered under warranty, but not the next one. Problem is trying to find one that does what this one does, with ease & price of this one.

Fast Printing Crystal clear images
