I needed a faster printer with top notch quality picture printing capability for my Real Estate business and this one knocks it out of the park!

I used it a few times, then there were streaks in the text. Also, you can't print all black text without using your colored ink. I have a full black cartridge and low yellow, but I can't print all black text. It doesn't even let you proceed with the print. I never had a print that couldn't print black text without yellow ink.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bad printing.

The printer was great at frist about three years ago. Now, everything still works good except printing. Bad quality all the way around. Took the printer head and cleaned but no change to quality. Not user friendly ana will not wake up from sleep to print with out manually activating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Well at the beginning everything was great, I've now owned my printer for about 1 year and 4 months but now I am experiencing problems with the printer. Pictures print out with white spaced out horizontal lines every inch and a quarter, I followed the instructions to clean the printing head but it only got worse so I believe I will have to take it in to be professionally worked on, for now I am extremely disappointed because I spent a lot of money on ink to clean the printing head because that's what happens when you clean the printer by the instructions.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought 2 of these, one for home and one for my classroom; the one at school that's hooked up to usb works fine, but the one at home on Wi-Fi only works about 25% of the time. And since we hooked it up to Wi-Fi, we can no longer get the usb to work. It's constantly going offline, and we can't get it back online even following the manual. We've exchanged it a couple of times, but this has caused us to get stuck with $200 of ink which is frustrating! Also, it uses a ton of ink, so we started buying the XL ink. It still ran out just as quickly. This printer is way too expensive to own and use, that is if it's working!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
