Breakdown heartaches

I have outfitted my office with these printers. They worked well initially, but I currently have three printers gathering dust because the print heads are jammed. One had a small piece of plastic ejected with a page and no longer works. I like the larger ink supplies, but the large plastic cases for the ink do not represent all that much more ink. I replaced a bunch of monochrome laser printers to get color, but now I wonder if I may a mistake

Printer heads won't line up

I've recently reinstalled my WF-4630 on a new computer. I've run the horizontal line-up function but I still have a problem with the page lines being 1 tick off halfway down the paper. Also, the ink smudges and is a little blurry. Not a huge fan of this particular printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought two of these ~2 months ago for my business. One printer lives on my desk and is used as a copy machine, fax, scanner and printer. It does its job very well and I am very pleased with it's features, speed, and ink usage. The second printer is in our pre-kindergarten classroom and is used to print and copy worksheets and coloring pages, as well as a general use printer, copier, and fax for all of our teachers. Its interface is simple enough for the students to use while helping the teacher with copies, and powerful enough to take care of business without needing a computer for advanced copying features. Overall a great printer that meets the needs of my organization very well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Too complicated

Initial setup somewhat difficult. After a couple of weeks kept getting messages on printer: paper jam (no paper jam), mismatch paper (?), out of paper (adequate paper), etc. It would not print! Went to Epson online for solutions. Nothing worked. Returned it and bought another brand that had same features but so much easier to set up, operate and reliable.

Powerful printer!

I purchased this 2 months ago and LOVE IT! I can now print quality photos, business cards and greeting cards! This is definitely the best printer I've ever owned. I have had many over the years.

Never connects, never prints correctly, broken driver already replaced. I would like to take this computer to field and have a moment like the movie Office Space on it.
