We bought this 2+ years ago. we are happy with the print quality, and the ink cost is reasonable. Our issue is with the drivers. My man and I work from different computers. It printed from both of ours just fine for quite some time, then won't print from mine. I have to uninstall and re-install to get it to print, which is a major hassle. It prints one job, the wont' print. I have done every update, registered, tried every trick I could find. Won't print from my machine, but will print from my husbands. I'm running windows 8.1.

Drains Ink Dry

I have had this printer for less than 2 years and it has recently started draining brand new ink dry( or telling me this is the case) within minutes of installing new ink cartridges. Has anyone else had this problem?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
