This is my second one. The first was replaced under warranty. There is always some problem or another. Jamming, not connecting, just can't print. Very frustrating. Surprisingly the best aspect is the app that at let's me printer from my phone. That seems to work with the fewest issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Features and very easy to setup and use

I bought this 3 months ago and it work fine without any issues, bought it because this has a bigger size ink cartridges and expecting that will last longer compared to other models.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just what I was looking for

This printer is very reliable and easy to use. The connection software for your computer makes set up easy. Also, it allows us to scan documents for emailing, and to make copies of documents as needed. It connects easily to our wireless network and prints from our many devices easily and efficiently. Also, I LOVE that it holds nearly a ream of paper in the tray for printing. Sometimes I print many documents and not having to refill all the time is great. I would definitely recommend this for the home use and for the home office.
