I am disappointed in the quality of printing when I make greeting cards. I use the proper paper but the cards always have vertical lines on them.

Worked great for a year and five months!

I bought the 4630 in May of 2016 and it worked wonderful after cleaning the print heads occasionally. It was a very dependable, fast printer up until now. Now only after a year and five months I am receiving the code 0x97. I noticed a lot of other people who own the model are receiving the same code. There doesn't seem to be a permanent fix for this code.
This could be a wonderful printer if Epson would take ownership of this dilemma and take care of this problem.

Great All in one Printer!

I switched to the Epson workforce pro series years ago and always happy with the All in one functions!

Software glitch

I've owned this printer for a while and for some reason it stopped scanning documents. After finding a more recent software update, it was installed and then I was forced to go through the entire product registration process again. I still don't know if Document Capture will work or why I was being asked to select Twain as the scanner. I've never used Twain.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I researched everywhere and this one came up as the best residential printers. This is a piece of junk. Do not waste your money or you will waste your time trouble shooting problems such as paper jams when there are none or no paper when it is loaded with paper NEVER AGAIN Normal nom IT people do not understand these things and should not be faced with problems they can fix!

Excellent function, poor ink delivery

Purchased this for home busines use. The initial ink cartridges and next fill worked great. After a hot summer the ink head became clogged. No amount of cleaning would clear the jets.
