Best printer I have ever owned!
on February 7, 2018

I have had this printer for almost three years and can't not believe the amount of printing I have done on it for ALL occassions. Our daughter got married and I designed and printed invitations and tons of other items relative to the wedding. I have since continued to use the printer for many other purposes, along with printing out all sorts and sizes of envelopes, holiday labels and so much more. The only drawback is the expense of the ink. But, LOVE the printer! How they continue to make the next versions as great as this one!

An All-In-One That Works Every Time
on February 10, 2018

I used to cringe when I realized I needed to print or scan anything as I knew I would have to troubleshoot a problem with my all-in-one before I could do the job I wanted to do. After suffering through two all-in-one devices with another company, I switched to Epson and purchased a WorkForce Pro WF-4630 All-In-One Printer. I've had the device for nine months and have not had a minute's problem. The images are crisp and clear and look amazingly professional. The only problem is that I'm using it so much, I'm always having to buy ink and paper!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor, Poor, Poor... expected MUCH more out of Epson. Worked fine for about two weeks...then strikes that won't go away. Ran the print head cleaner; worthless! So disappointed with this printer!!!

Had the motherboard crash twice. Will never buy another Epson product again! Only reason for a 1 is because I could not post otherwise.

Doesn't always work properly
on February 18, 2018

When it works properly it's great. Unfortunately, that isn't that often. I'm not a computer geek so its hard for me to successfully trouble shoot the machine when it decides to print only from the rear or it somehow gets disconnected from my server. Lately, I can only print if I send a document to my cell phone for printing, My Mac is rather old so maybe its a problem with the Mac. I don't really know. All I know is that lately the printer has been a pain in the butt when I try to print from my Mac.

Good Printer - One Problem
on February 23, 2018
Posted by: JackF

When I first bought my printer three years ago I was very happy with its quality and performance. Over time stubborn streaks continued to increase. There is no simple, economic way to clean the print head. To print in color I have to use a second printer.
