Questionable longevity

I've had this printer for less than a year, and already it is having some of the same issues as my last Epson printer of 4 years. I love the features and it has great potential, just too many issues too soon. I'll be glad to update this review with a more positive one if I'm able to get my issues resolved.

Ok but some drawbacks

One big disappointment will not copy and print both sides of a document. Have to make 2 PDF first then it will print on both sides.

Good prints

I've had this printer for a while. Makes good prints. Only problems have been the Scan function and the Yellow ink cartridge is not recognized at all. New yellow ink cartridges do not register as NEW. Only as "replace the yellow ink." It's been that way since the beginning.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cannot get the printer to print clearly. installed all firmware upgrades, cleaned print heads and performed head alignment several times. about every 10th line prints blurry one every document - every time! big disappointment.

when it works it's great

I've had this printer for about 3 1/2 years with moderate use while in a graduate program. Now it has a firmware problem and won't let me print. I've followed all of the troubleshooting and installed a firmware update with no results. Not buying this product again.
