Excellent product

I am extremely impressed with everything about this product. Print quality and print speed are superb. The ink cartridges access as cleanly and easily as a toner cartridge in a laser printer, the print quality is easily as good or better as from a colour laser printer. I especially like that the software supplied can scan directly to a pdf file. The software is a little clumsy in spots but quite easy to use.
I have other Epson printers over 20 years old that still work perfectly, and I anticipate the same from this product.
There are a few negatives though:
- the software does not work on windows 98. I use old Windows 98 computers as print servers and keep them running instead of throwing them out
- the full manual should be supplied as a paper book, it isn't. The manual is integrated into the software package and is always accessible but does not appear as a separate file on the CD if that's all you need. This also means if you need the manual your computer has to be turned on. Sometimes this is inconvenient.

Quality of the Print Excellent.

I love this printer. The only drawback is the fax function. It is quite fussy with the phone system I have. Otherwise, it is totally the top.

Economical Printer

I Like the large capacity ink cartridges that are suppose to deliver about 2000 pages. It will take me a while to determine if that is what I get.
Set up was easy -- although the documentation was sparse.
The quality of the printed page is pretty good, although text characters are not as crisp as I expected, but for my usage this is not an issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had this for 3 months now and it's the best printer (fast, quiet, saves ink) that I've used for business or home printing pictures and text. Easy to install and use wired or wireless

Epson 4630 all in one printer

Excellent product.
Easy to set up.
Prints well from cell phones and ipad.
Excellent resolution for copies, including pictures.

Ink cartridges are very costly, but appear to have significant longevity.

I cannot get past the Language on the printer. It downloaded all the required drivers but will not let me print a test page or anything. The ink is not charging when I put them in for the first time. Could not set up for wireless or USB connection.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just What I Wanted in a Printer

This WF-4630 printer is easy to setup even for a beginner. I tested the Copy Mode, Scan Mode and Duplex Printing and all worked great. The text color was better than another printer that I tested and the print speed for duplexing was also faster then a competitor printer with the same features.
