3 in 7 months, my math says you are lucky to get 2 good months. Only reason they get a star is because at least they will send you a replacement when the NEW product you buy doesn't work. Only problem is they send you an untested REFURBISHED as a replacement. DO NOT BUY if you care about your time and money.

Won't Print certain colors

My printer will not print yellow and red in spite multiple cleaning. I have tried buying new cartridges but to no avail.

Ink is extremely expensive and comes in teeny tiny cartridges. after 7 months of use, the print head(s) got clogged or something, and my printed documents were smeary. We have an IT department that can troubleshoot and repair equipment..but this was deemed irreparable as there was no way to get to the head to clean it. I ran through the cleaning process several times with no improvement. the warranty was up, so the thing became a large heavy paperweight, except the scanner still worked well. One feature I liked is that my PC recognized the USB stick I scanned to as a drive, which was a real time saver when scanning a lot of documents for different destinations- I could drag them from the drive to the folder. I haven't been able to figure out yet how to do this on the replacement printer I bought.

Epsom has poor products

This is my 4 th epson printer and when scanning it always has a line down the center. Epson should make products that scan accurately and exactly

New Purchase

Horrible set up with a Mac. Confirmed before purchase that set up for Mac would be easy - told no problems. 3 hours now and still can't print. 30 more minutes and it is going to be returned.

I wouldn't know how this ringer works because the stup instruction are impossible to complete. I've read other reviews online with the same problem. Epson needs to resolve this communication issue with the instructions asap.

Ad claims A3 capability but no way to print or scan A3. When scanning text it becomes a PDF File with no way to edit Text in any way without purchasing another Program. The only paper Trays will only accept Legal or Letter size, not A3. Can only copy up to legal size and even that is limited. In short, I am sorry that I made this purchase!
