So far, this printer has been a positive in the office. We have always used another brand of printer and when the last one went down, we looked for other brands. We are a small mom and pop office, our volume is not tremendously high. The all in one WF-4630 has so far met and exceeded our expectations. It is much quicker than our previous printers. The print quality is great. If this all in one holds together for a reasonable time, Epson will be getting our repeat business.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the worst installation process I have seen in 22 years of working on PCs. The install instructions are also awful

Failed after one year warranty.

Print quality deteriorated over time and no amount of Maintenance corrected print quality, just consumed many $$$ of ink trying to clean the printer heads. Streaks, lines, blurs. Will waste no more time trying to get meaningful print quality. Have used EPSON products over 20 years and am really disappointed. Will be replacing this one with a non-Epson. I wish that I had read the single star reviews before wasting hundreds of dollars on the printer cost and many extra capacity ink cartridges.

Unacceptably poor print quality

All of the photos printed with this printer have lines running through them. This is completely unacceptable. Unless this is fixed and quickly, this printer will be returned,

Do NOT buy

I purchased this printer about three months ago for my home office. About a month ago, it started blurring all the font, making documents hard to read and awful looking. It then started making a line down the center of the page whenever i scan anything. The scanner is very slow also. Im not happy with this printer at all.

No way to get at print head!

I bought this and was very happy with it for 9 months. The the magenta ink started jamming. No amount of head cleanings could bring it back. I researched this and found that it was an EXTREMELY common complaint about these printers. In any other printer I could have put some cleaning solution on the print head and fixed it. For the 46030 family of printers you have to get them repaired at a dealer (for more money that buying a new one). luckily mine was still under warranty but MOST of the complaints I read were from people whose printers were not.
FACE it, Inkjet print heads become gummed up and Epson should have a way for the user to fix them.

Hardware failure is rampant!

I bought this printer for home use because I had also used a WF-4630 in an office configuration. Very good print quality. BUT, the office machine soon had a 0x97 hardware error and had to be replaced with another 4630. Shortly my printer had a 0x97 error and needs to be replaced. Now the replacement in the office has a 097 hardware error. This is a problem that Epson should recall!
DO NOT BUY this printer!
