It never printed Quality pictures and stopped working after 13 months with an Constant error 0x97.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After only using this printer for one and a half years I received an error code. I tried all the recommended ways suggested to fix the error but nothing worked. Was told it was a hardware issue. Numerous complaints online indicated the same problem occurred that I had experienced only after replacing the ink cartridges with high capacity ones. True to my case as well. Printer only had low to moderate usage and for this to occur.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Print Head Clogs

Even after numerous times of cleaning the nozzle and print head, there are still missing areas of print. I bought new ink and I am almost out after only a week. I have owned the printer over a year and it gave good service for the first month. I have decided to scrap it and buy a different band of printer.

Worst Printer Ever Had

Great looking, Great Idea, Poor performance We have a small business and I spend at 6 hours a week cleaning and maintaining this thing. The first on blew up ink everywhere due to a clogged head this one is no better. I would rather spend my time making money than throwing it at this thing I have a business to run not a printer. Very embarrassing when customers are here and printer don't work look very unprofessional.

Busted in less than 2 years

Stopped working after less than 2 years of light use, I had just bought new ink for it and get the hardware error code which basically says that the printer is dead

one complaint, but maybe because I am so new to this printer, and that is trying to figure out how to enlarge photographs to full size (or 8 x 10

Very efficient and easy to use

The only reason I didn't give this printer five stars is because I had significant difficulty getting my laptop connected to the printer wirelessly. I have a MacBook and I don't know if that was the source of the problem or not. After 35 minutes on the phone with the Epson support team it finally connected. It prints quickly and quietly, copies well and scans very well. It provides great value for the money. Printer cartridges are inexpensive and last a long time. The person who sold us on it called it the "baby Behemoth" because this model is smaller than its predecessor. It is a large unit but in my opinion absolutely worth the space it takes up.
