Great Printer!

So far this has been a great printer for my needs. I searched high and low for a printer that had a semi-straight path rear feed that would accommodate a stack of envelopes and feed them without jamming. This printer does it. It will hold about 19 to 20 envelopes. You can add more envelopes to it before it runs out, therefore keeping it running. It's not the fastest printer, but it does an awesome job. The type of ink it requires does not smudge easily either-- another plus for this printer. Setup was simple. I also set it up to print from smartphone and also have it directly connected to pc with Google Cloud print so I can print from Chromebook to this printer. I recommend this printer especially if you are looking for an inkjet that will print envelopes well. By the way, the envelopes I'm printing are greeting card size. My other high dollar laser printer will not print this size. This printer will.

Love it, just need easier connection tablet

We really love the quality and ease of use of this printer. The copies and prints are some of the best we have had. Our only issue is we would like it to be easier to connect our tablets and smartphones to it. Maybe an App or something of the sort. This may be available now, but it was not when we purchased the product.

Definitely the BEST printer I have ever owned! Has given me no problems to speak of and it is the printer I recommend to EVERY customer who wants high efficiency, low-cost printing, and is able to cope with the larger than average size.
Amazing photo quality too!

Installing the printer on the wireless network was a bit tricky because the step for connecting the computer to the printer was not clear. I figured it out eventually, and installation on subsequent devices was smooth.
Text and picture printing is clean and sharp. I like the capability of printing directly onto envelopes.

I have had the Workforce Pro WF-4630 for about 2 weeks. It was super easy to set up. I thought I would have to enter my SSID and Network key code to connect to my Gateway modem Wi-Fi. But the printer itself searched for my Wi-Fi and connected itself. It took my about 15 minutes to set up; and I was printing, scanning and copying. Did not set up the fax yet as I do not need this function. I am a home user who does not print a lot, and really wanted a small multifunction device. I reviewed quite a few ratings. The Workforce Pro WF-4630 reviews were all outstanding and the price was a bargain. So I bought the small business device.

LOVE this Printer!!!!!!

This printer was very easy to setup and all total took me about an hour.
I love the print quality and the speed that it copies, prints and sends faxes. The print ribbons are very easy to install and change when needed. I haven't used the scanner just yet but I do not anticipate any problem based on the process so far. I also love that when I turn the printer on it warms up very fast and finally with this printer I was able to set it up so that I don't have to swap phone cords all around when I need to send or receive a fax since our fax# is the same as our residence number. I highly recommend this printer!!
