GOOD LOOKING MACHINE, FEELS GOOD QUALITY MADE OF GOOD MATERIAL, EASY TO INSTALL AND OPERATE.AND THIS IS THE BEST PART: THE SPEED IS REALLY FAST.

great for college students

I upgraded to this printer because I have a lot to print for college. This prints fast, and the quality is good. You can definitely see a difference if you use the cheaper cartridges - I recommend the high-capacity cartridges, especially for presentation-worthy printing. The only reason I didn't give this product 5 stars is because scanning is a bit cumbersome. But, I don't scan a lot, so, otherwise, a great investment!

Printed test sheet beautiful then died.

Picked the printer up Sunday afternoon and that evening had it installed and wirelessly connected to my laptop & desktop. Printed the test documents beautifully. Crisp, clean, and very fast.
This morning went to print a couple of pages and NOTHING but an error message. Froze all the buttons.
Called Epson and after a half hour, they're gonna send me a new unit. 3 stars because of the pain and hassle.

This printer is huge

Finally got it all working. Did not like the instruction sheet.. pictures and no dialog. Kept telling me the paper was jammed. How could this be..it hadn't printed anything. So I went through the pictured instructions again and found the paper tray lever had to be pulled all the way forward. Reinstalled the tray and bingo..it worked. Since I just got it today *12/15/15* I can't really give a solid review. Time will tell. Love all the features..the ink lasts a lot longer than the last one I had (according to the store mngr). you can feed multiple sheets of paper to make copies, rather than one at a time. Kind of cool.

Great Printer with One Hiccup

Love this printer. Setup was easy, including the WiFi connection. Both black & white and color prints are sharp and clear, noticeably better than my old printer. Only problem I had was when I used the rear paper feeder to print some labels. I kept getting an error message that the paper in the feeder did not match the source paper size. Finally got it to work, but not sure just how, as I tried allot of different things. Once I got the settings right, it printed 6 sheets of labels just fine.

Getting help

I am having a lot of trouble figuring out how to get help on my initial printer setup with wi-fi. There is no icon to press that says "help" or has a question mark!
