Set up was difficult. Currently it is not printing. I purchased a warranty from the store and I will be calling them to review and help set up the printer to work as needed.

Wireless printer with many features

This printer replaced an Epson Aculaser printer that I had (and LOVED) for over 10 years. This machine is not as heavy and study as my old laser printer, but it is reasonably priced.
The things I like about it are:
connects through WIFI and directly to my base computer;
Fast printing
Nice quality of printing
Great customer service (I got confused during the set up and the staff was VERY HELFPUL)

I've only had for 1 month, so far so very good!

Easy to install, both physically & electronically (wirelessly). Am getting used to pulling out paper cassette tray without disturbing paper output tray - still not quite comfortable with it yet. Double-sided works great; have yet to try labels in rear paper tray, but colored paper went smoothly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was a little confused about the initial start up.
Somewhere after Step 5 I needed to be told to tap the screen to start things either.

The touch screen could be more sensitive.
All in all, I think I will like it.

This is what all ink jet printers SHOULD be like

At first I hesitated to buy yet another ink jet printer until I noticed great reviews for this product WorkForce Pro WF-4630. I also saw that the lower capacity color ink cartridges handles 800 pages! That beats the lower "hi capacity" amount of HP's ink cartridges of only 400 pages.
I almost bought a laser printer due to the ink issue, but with Epson's ultra high capacity cartridges (which I'll buy next) of 2000 pages I won't have to worry about ink for a while.
I have printed a test page and I am amazed with the laser like quality of the printed page. I am also impressed with the speed of the printer which easily beat my old HP with being 4 to 5X as fast! I'm glad I bought it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does everything I want to do

Happy with my different print jobs including higher quality, color, duplex and more. Very easy to install and operate.
Scanning is fine as well including photographs and various documents. I like the Epson Scan management system as well. More options and control then my former Stylus.
I am a home user with sometimes need for printer support. Not a lot. But, when time to do taxes, print up a family ancestry report or anything else; I want something with some extra bells and whistles that is always reliable.
The only way I have been able to get rid my previous 4 Epson printers was when operating systems like Windows 10 or XP finally lacked printer driver support. Otherwise, can't kill an Epson for my kind of needs.
I would recommend this to a friend!
