Easy, Efficient, and Effective!

I love my new printer by Epson, that is why I titled my review with all E's! The installation was easy, the printer is highly efficient, and with my small business, I am being quite effective in getting reports, summaries, and other printing tasks out the door in a timely manner.
This is my third Epson, and I am VERY pleased with this addition.
I would recommend this to a friend!

great printer lousy instructions

This is my first Epson printer, researched
reviews and thought it would be a big improvement for my home/personal needs.
The setup instructions, quick guide, user manual and online were extremely short, inadequate and very frustrating. They did not include any phone #'s for setup help. Called one # for pre sale help and they gave me a number for help. Thank goodness! Answered quickly, spoke with slight accent and were very helpful, patience and a life saver. Had to go to second connection since I was using a Mac, also just as helpful. I don't think it would be that difficult or expensive to provide much better initial, included instructions in how to get started with this printer.

Set up

I bought my printer on Dec. 1st and finally installed it on Dec. 21s-procrastination. My son has always done everything for me (Computer Engineer) but got a job promotion and moved several states away. I decided today was the day and was scared to death; but in reality, it went very well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I wore out the wf4530. This one does more for the home office, such as post cards, heavy paper. I like it!

Peplacement unit

I was pleased with my previous WorkForce Pro 4630. When it came time to replace the unit I reviewed the newer units however after further review it was apparent I was not going to find a better unit for the price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

good for its purpose

I installed the wf-4630 only as a wired network printer with no problems. I did not set it up for Fax or for wireless connectivity. It does a good job as a general purpose printer/scanner/copier and uses relatively large ink cartridges. This is not a true "photo printer" nor is it advertised as such. Photo printing on high-quality luster photo paper is just OK. Photo printing on business-quality laser paper is poor. Photo printing on business-quality inkjet paper is better and this is what we use.
