The installation went very well- no problems interfacing to my iMac.
Scanning is excellent and the speed of printing is much faster than my old Three-In-One which was from another manufacturer.
Easy to set up and easy to use.Great job.

At least once in every 3 months I can't print from laptop. LED screen on printer says I have WIFI but laptop says off line. I also get error message saying "error in printer". What does that mean? It prints, just not from laptop.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've only used to features, printing and scanning. The only thing I can say up to this point is the printer is fast, very fast compared to my previous HP which wasn't that old. Before i'd have to wait for the printer to warm up etc... but the workforce starts printing in 10 seconds. The scanner is fast two. As far as the wifi and printing from other devices, very smooth and just as fast. The printer is also much quieter.

The reviews on this printer seem very favorable. We are looking forward to using it and getting lots of benefit. Since we just purchased today; I'm not ready to comment on performance. I didn't give five stars yet as I would like for set-up info to be more explicit. I use a Mac and once I got WiFi set-up completed; I was fine. However, my husband uses PC and he has more difficulty with set up.
I would recommend this to a friend!
