I purchased a Workforce 4630 in April 2017 and it worked beautifully, replacing an earlier HP All-in-One. The printer began to smear presentations and I followed the normal troubleshooting and eventually contacted Epson Support. They were exceptional and determined my printer had a hardware issue - so it was replaced free of charge while under warranty. The new Workforce 4630 is working great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Got this as a warranty exchange for my previous all in one (different models)
Hope this works longer .So far it is.
My dilemma is what to do with the unused ink cartriges from old pinter.THEY WERE EXPENSIVE.

My Epson WorkForce Pro WF-4630 is a good printer and does meet all of our needs. This is the second one I've owned. I have noted a few issues with printing having a few blurry lines and would appreciate guidance on resolving this issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I haven't used this printer in a while and just updated all the drivers, etc. on the web site and it works but the print is extremely blurry. Will try some upgraded paper because I do want to print photos but I don't think I can use this printer to write a letter or professional papers.

Bought my first one- had to return immediately due to paper feed not working correctly. Now having problems with Error code 97 - suddenly just stops printing. Updated the firmware - problem not fixed. Never could get the scanner to be reliable either. That said - it worked ok for about a year and I used it a lot! Looks like I might have to buy another printer now though, and am not certain if it will be an Epson. :-(

Good printer--until it failed prematurely

I have purchased Epson printers exclusively for my small business for more years than I can remember and I have been generally pleased with the reliability of them. However, this particular model, the WF-4630 has consistently under-performed every printer I've owned. I purchased 5 of them for occasional office use among a small staff and not one of them lasted more than 18-24 months. Everyone of them stopped printing clearly and I removed them from service after numerous attempts to clean the heads failed to restore the print quality. Ironically, I have some earlier models, e.g. the WF-4530 that are still working after more than 4 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
