I love my new Epson WF 4630 All in One Printer. It is reliable. The Epson support staff helped me with a small problem after installation. He patiently walked me through each step to correct my problem. I couldn't be happier!

Purchased 2. One had a clogged head that wouldn't clean right, so I exchanged it. Since then both have been working perfectly. Fast reliable printing/copying for projects on a time crunch. Sips ink. The photo quality is impressive at this price point, but I am still figuring out how to calibrate the printer with my monitor.
Advanced features and quality of print keep me from having to go to the local office store or print shop to print presentation pieces. Saved a pretty petty on invitations alone.
This model is a success and makes me more successful at what I do. I highly recommend.

Lousy set up process, tedious and time-consuming. I do not think the printer will work at the end of all of this time and effort.

Wifi connection isn't good. Have been on support three or four times. need up sending to level 2 mac support. 30 minutes later having gone through the entire system, same problem. Wants to connect in the morning gets worse as day goes by, quits working in the afternoon. Connection error. Hard wired it but is a pain.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stuck with Epson

I have purchased 3 Epson printers in the last 18 months to replace 3 Epson printers that failed. I keep buying Epson because when they quit I have lots of unused ink so I end up buying another Epson printer. These things do not last! Lets hope this one does better. the three printers I have replaced say no way.

I USED TO THINK EPSON WAS THE BEST. NOW, IO CAN NOT THINK EPSON IS THE BEST BECAUSE I AM UNABLE TO CONNECT MY WF PRO 4630 TO MY IMAC COMPUTER.
