Good but setup issues with rewards

Setup was a breeze until the end, where it asks you to join the rewards program. On filling the online form to setup the account it will not take the serial number that it entered on outs own and I verified it three times. No luck

It is pain to sat it up! my husband spent all day - and he is not tech savvy, but followed instruction. it took me (I'm network engineer) good hour to set 2 PC- MAC AND WINDOWS
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Opened the box, ran installation, ran test sheet,: initially jammed. Reset the paper tray, ran OK. Ran a test sheet from the back feed ran OK. More later.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good printer, but the paper tray doesn't work well which means this is a pain to use.

I have only been able to make copies. The copies are great. But I purchased this copier because of all the functions. If I could get these other functions to work I am sure they would be as great as the copies.
