Feel Like A Pro

This printer has everything. Print, wide print, fast 2 sided print, fax, scan, 17" scan, fax, copy, 2 sided copy. All this and high resolution too. It holds an entire ream of paper. There is a large screen for programming printer function, and handling problems. The pictures look Wonderful, but even if you look at a page of print you will be impressed. This is a beautiful, high powered machine that will make you feel like a professional printing store.

Epson WF-7620

So far, so good. Only problem so far is that the rear document feeder doesn't always feed like it should. Might be my fault because I just haven't used it enough to know it's little idiosyncrasies. Love the printer. Had the old WF-1100 and it served me well for 4+ years.

The Tech Support was knowledgeable, pleasant, and worked with me. So far there was no “limit” on my support calls.
This Epson printer is fast to print. You can print from your iPad and other wireless devices. So far the only problem I had to deal with was the WI-Fi connection. I think the company needs to improve the Wi-Fi connection to the router procedure. I called Epson support three times and spent about 2 hours to make it work. Finally it did connect. (I am not sure whether this was the reason, but I removed the maintenance box in the back and plugged it back in. After that it worked.)
It’s a good buy and I recommend it.

Initial printer 'setup-

Purchased EPSON WF7620 All-1 as features may enhance document presentation ... Feature that impressed me, from a user view, was the LCD ... This essentially influenced my decision to buy an EPSON ... Being an older individual, my eyesight is not what it used to be -- LCD displays clearly and easy to read at a distance.
Have a negative observation -- Disappointed an
'owners manual/trouble shooting' guide was not included ... Installation setup quite problematical as I cable connected the WF-7620.

I have used this unit for about a month and find that the unit is everything that I hoped it would be so far. The setup was easy. My only problem is this unit use a lot of ink. It seams that I am replacing the XL Black ink with every 300 sheets. I still
have two WP-5430 that is still going strong.

WF-7620 wide office jety printer

I had a little trouble getting the computer set up to work with the printer. probably because I may have done something out of step a little. The set up process seems to have caught this and guided me very well to getting this installed. I printed a few pages and it works very well. I cannot see how they can build this printer for so little cost. I will see if it holds up over time. This printer seems to have exceeded my expectations for the short time I have had it.

Epson Software Installlation

Overall, the installation was uneventful...which is great! My only complaint is that the Epson software installation does not allow me to chose where I want the utilities installed. I use a SSD for my C: drive and has limited capacity. I normally install all my program files on my "E:" drive which is a 1 TB hard drive. I wished the utilities were installed there instead. I am getting nervous because my SSD drive is almost full and will probably run into problems before long. Is there a way I can re-install the utilities to my "E:" drive?
